- On your Slack home view, click "Directories"
- Click "External" at the top of the page, between "Channels" and "Invitations"
- Click "Start a DM" in the top right, in the same line as the search bar
- A pop-up appears where you can enter my email address: roxane[at]actually-agile.com (replacing the [at] with an @ symbol)
